Vicki Aitken - She/Her
Certified Esthetician / Owner
Body Sugaring Educator
Vicki is an esthetician with a passion in skin and body care. She graduated from MC College as a Certified Esthetician in May of 2012. She has a thirst for continuing education, and is always looking for ways to advance her career to better care for her clients.
Vicki loves all aspects of the beauty industry but is especially passionate about body sugaring, skin care, and foot care. In February of 2015 she acquired her certificate in body sugaring education with Sugar of the Nile, and holds both private and group training as the educator for Saskatchewan.
Vicki is now home in the Saskatoon area and is the owner of Novo Esthetics Studio. Building long lasting relationships with her clients is the most important & satisfying part of her career. It is her hope that you will feel calm and cared for upon leaving the studio.
When Vicki is not at works she is enjoying time with her daughter and her husband. Her ideal Friday night involves enjoying a glass of wine in the comfort of her pj’s or around a fire pit with dear friends.
Kyla Rodgers - She/Her

Kyla started at Novo in June of 2022. She is very passionate about animals, and appreciates that all of the brands here are all cruelty free! Kyla has her own house / pet sitting & dog walking business for the last 15 years that has grown beyond anything she could have imagined. She loves getting the chance to bond with so many different animals, and feels that it’s an amazing experience. When not with animals you will find Kyla at her art desk experimenting with all kinds of mediums. She favours watercolour and pencil art.
Kyla also really enjoys making personalized cards for people. Watching people open their custom cards is an incredible feeling and is why she loves making them so much. Kyla’s art passion began at a young age, but really took off about 6 or 7 years ago when she started working at Soul Paper in Riversdale. Her position there resparked a love and interest in creating with art mediums and became very therapeutic. Kyla has a massive interest in all things involving the beauty industry and most specifically skincare. She is so excited to learn more about all the brands that are carried at Novo.
